• Pimple Shots

  Highly effective low dose steroid injections for inflamed acne cysts. Most patients start to see results within hours. Please don't pop your pimples yourself! It can make them worse, cause infection, or result in scarring.

• Consultations

  If you're new to Spotless, we recommend starting with a consultation. We treat all types of acne — including hormonal, comedonal, cystic, and inflammatory. During a consultation, our clinicians will assess your skin and create a personalized treatment plan that often includes prescriptions.

• Prescriptions

  After a consultation with one of our clinicians, we often prescribe topical and/or oral medications. These include:
topical retinoids like adapalene (Differin) and tretinoin (Retin-A), topical antibiotics like clindamycin, topical azelaic acid, oral low dose doxycycline, oral contraceptive pill, spironolactone, and isotretinoin (Accutane). In the case of prescriptions, regular follow-ups will ensure the best outcome.

• Extractions

  Don’t take matters into your own hands. Our clinicians safely extract whiteheads, blackheads, and pustules. Put away the magnifying mirror, let us do the dirty work.

• Acne Peels

  Our 20% salicylic acid acne peels remove the sticky cells that clog pores. These exfoliating peels improve the efficacy of topical treatments, making your skin happier.
